Feltman Ewing shareholder J Patrick Diener, with the assistance of Dimension Law Group in Tukwila, Washington, obtained a judgment for over $39,000 on behalf of client Ace Electric, Inc. in King County Superior Court. The case involved a work trailer and materials that were stolen from a job site in Western Washington. “I am very pleased that we were able to get some justice for the client,” Mr. Diener said after receiving the judgment. He went on to state that collection efforts on the judgment will begin right away.
