Kent Doll and Brad Smith negotiated a successful mid-six figure settlement midway during a two-week jury trial in Spokane County on behalf of Feltman Ewing clients, suing for property damage and personal injury.   The defendants, in mediation just a month before trial, had offered less than 20% of the final settlement amount.
