The 12 person jury sided with the Feltman Ewing client, Spokane Post Frame, Inc. against the plaintiffs, who claimed that Spokane Post Frame violated the construction contract entered by the parties. In addition to prevailing on all claims brought against their client, Feltman Ewing may also collect some or all of their attorney fees incurred in defending the case. While the case could have been decided in arbitration or by a bench trial, Mr. Diener elected to have the matter tried before a jury. “I believed that a jury would see that our clients deserved to win the case and it gave us the best possible chance at justice.
